HOW DO I PAY FOR A PURCHASE ON VIBRANT?

Paying for services on Vibrant is easy. After contacting the service provider you want, add the service to your cart, choose to pay with your bank card at checkout or pay in-person (non-liability waiver provided).

ARE THERE HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN I BOOK A SERVICE AND PAY ON VIBRANT?

There are no hidden charges. The price you see for each item is the price you pay. The vendors autonomously set their quotes. The only other fee is the charges for payments through our platform - the discretion of paying for a service in person remains the customer’s choice. Vibrant charges vary depending on your location and the type of service you purchased. All these are clearly highlighted in your receipt at checkout.

HOW DO I PAY USING CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

Vibrant accepts Visa, MasterCards. To pay using your card: click on “checkout” from your cart. Select the “Interswitch Secure Online Payment” option and enter your card number, card expiry date and your three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card) in the fields provided. The process is safe. You may be directed a SecurePay third-party for verification of payment method if needed. 
If you don’t have a local credit/debit card in the country you are using Vibrant, no worries we accept international cards also. You can pay using MasterCard and Visa cards for payment.

HOW DO I PAY WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CARD?

Vibrant accepts MasterCard and Visa international cards. The process is the same as paying with local cards.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON VIBRANT?

Totally safe. Vibrant uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt your card number. That makes it impossible for anyone - even Vibrant - to read your card details.
